How long is interview after submitting documents to NVC?

All required documents were submitted to NVC. How long until the interview date? and when will they inform me about its date?

For me about 3.5 months

It varies by country, some are quick and some can be long.

Its more likely the high fraud countries have longer waits.

this is not right. i come from a fraud country but it took us less than 2 months for the nvc to complete our case

For example, Mexico has a 2 month wait for interviews and its been like that for a while.

You mean 2 months from the day you submitted all required documents until the date of the interview?

No from case closed.

But that's just Mexico, it varies by region.

I have send my documents to NVC. When i track the speed post it says it reached on 09.11.2017.But its been 5 days still the status in CEAC website is shown as submit required documentation. Can anyone help me on this.?

this is normal, it won't change until your case is in transit.

What i meant to ask is once i submit the documents to NVC how long it takes for them to update the status on ceac.state.gov ?.As of now the status is to submit required documentation.Normally how long does it take for NVC to update this ? And will they email me saying that they have received all the documents.
