Can you please look over my Cover Letter?

That is what the lawyer has sent with my application....and i didnt have any problem,no rfe...

They don't usually send RFEs for including too much stuff luckily, its just worth pointing out that the stuff was unneccessary because otherwise someone who is doing the paperwork themselves might read your post and get worried that there are extra forms that they need to fill out.

OK, wait I am SOOOOOOOOOOOO confused now. I have to send an I-130 too? It didn't say that in the guides for a K1....can someone please clarify?

Here's my story:

K1 Visa issued on March 22nd

Entered U.S. on March 31

Married April 7th

Now I want to file AOS. I have I-485 complete w/ all evidence as well as I-864. I am not applying for EAD or AP.

Am I missing something crucial such as the I-130?? Please help!!!

Sorry!!! Replace the word "should" with "shouldn't" in my post. I-130 is not needed for K-1 based petitioners, unless you didn't get married within the 90 day day period.

Corrected:

Good question. There's no need to provide G325A for the USC or photos of the USC unless you're submitting a I-130 along with the petition (which as a K-1 you shouldn't be unless you didn't get married in the 90 day deadline).

Hey, thanks so much for the clarification. I had a minor heart attack when I read the initial post!

Thanks to everyone for your advice! I will be ready to send this sucker out tomorrow morning!
