Hi there! Just sent in the I-130 application in the beginning of September and got e-mail saying that case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS Potomac Service Center for processing. Now the waiting begins =) Anyone else here who has filed it in September?

Fingers crossed Mallick and Frankiehr!

Frankiehr, what I have read from other people comments, is that just having children is not proof enough but I have a feeling that would maybe be more in the case when there is one child and child's birth and the date when the application was sent in, are very close together. 3 children with that different ages, will hopefully be okay!

If they will send RFE, then you can send everything with that. But when it gets to the embassy stage, I would recommend to take a lot of material to the interview (also pictures together, holidays you have gone together etc).

we rarely take pictures of us together, since we live in the USA

Frankiehr, are you doing then the AOS as you live in USA already, instead of IR-1/CR-1 route?

Literally_me, if you can't find from anywhere else, feel free to stay here =) Maybe later in the month, there will be some more people in the same situation as you are.

I hope I'll get routed to Potomac too, i've heard they're so much faster when it comes to processing.

Is this thread just for spouses? We filed I-130 for minor children, petitions were rerouted to Texas Service Center with priority date September 1,2017. I can't find any thread for I-130 for minor children. If anyone knows, please send me link, thank you. Good luck everyone!

Hi. My mom filed I-130 for me. Our  priority date September 27, 2017 and our petition were routed to TSC too. Good luck to us!
