Ok so I am able to file in about a months time......so starting to get my documents in order. I understand we have to file within 90 days of our green card expiring. Do we have to file exactly at the 90 day mark or can we send our application in a few weeks after?

Here's what I am going to send in -

*Joint Tax Returns for both years - I have just ordered transcripts

*Joint Bank account statements - will send in about 3-4 of last 2 years statements. *We have our own bank accounts that we use for the most part but we have had this account ever since we got married and use it for random things like eating out, groceries, homeowners insurance etc....not a lot of activity. I also just noticed that the statements show what card was used for the transactions and most of them are with his card does this matter?

*Joint Credit card statements - will also send in about 3-4 of last 2 years statements *Pretty much the same as above, we don't use it that much, just here and there for things. Should I send in an explanation letter stating that we have our own bank accounts so don't use these accounts too much or just leave it?

*2 Leases for both years at the same residence

*Utility Bills showing both our names - Electric, Trash and Water, Phone Bill (I completely forgot to change my last name on our account since we got married and have only just realized, will change it asap but do you think this will matter?)

*Homeowners Insurance with both our names

*Medical Insurance for both years

*Life Insurance - He has me on his and I have him on mine

*Value City Credit Card joint account

*Proof we go to the same Gym

*Military Dependant card showing I am his spouse

*Proof that my husband is on my travel benefits that I get with my job

*State IDs showing same residence (Ok so I actually just got my ID, I have always just used my passport or green card for my identification....my husband also has just changed his address on his ID. No excuse really, just laziness and forgot. Do you think this will be an issue that we just got them? The date of issue shows on both cards)

*Photos of us and both our families together

*Vacation - flight details and hotel info and photos

*Birthday, Valentines, Christmas cards to each other

*Receipts for some gifts bought for each other

A little bit nervous and anxious about this, can you please tell me how my list looks? Am I missing anything important?

You can file at any time in the 90-day window. It is prudent to file sooner than later.
