Hello,

After 1 year 10 months sitting in Pending status, the I-130 I filed for my spouse was finally approved. Our PD is 12/5/15. PD will be current hopefully Oct/Nov 17 VB....   We are doing embassy processing.. I am aware of few steps.... We are from Pakistan... I know the case will be transferred to NVC and then i have to login on their website  and pay fees and send AOS package. This AOS package will contain my information ( I am the petitioner )  My question is what is IV Package and who sends it ? Will my Spouse carry the package with her to the Islamabad embassy or I have to send it to NVC from USA ?

What information i have to send in AOS Package..

If applicable, What information i have to send in IV package..

What are the fees...

Need help... I want to be ahead of this game...and get the stuff ready..

Appreciate all the responses.

Thanks,

L0bster.

The best place to get the most up-to-date information from is the Bureau of Consular Affairs website. The actual page I linked in this post contains a very helpful diagram to guide you through the process.

Good luck!
