Hello everyone. Can someone please help me with my problem. I came to US as a K-1 visa holder and got married. We want to apply for green card. My husband doesn't earn enough money and he's been working for less than a year that's why he didn't file taxes. He can still provide pay stubs, but the employer doesn't give an employment verification letter. Does he still need to get that letter even though we have a joint sponsor? And does he need to write a letter explaining that he works less than a year and that's why he didn't file?  As for the joint sponsor he doesn't have pay stubs since he has direct deposit but he has employment verification letter, forms 1040 and w-2 for 3 last years and his tax return transcripts from IRS for 3 last years and a copy of his birth certificate. Will it be enough or he needs something else? Please help I'm really confused.
