Hello,

is it normal to show 2 cases created because we included my finance's daughter in the petition even though we didn't submit a K3 application so she can come with her mom? anyone has same situation?

Thank you.

Yasser

HI

I had the same thing happen to me. When I attended my interview they just asked me if my daughter is joining me and I said no and they deleted the other case. It won't cause any issues.

Hope this helps

Ohhh ok I was interviewed in Australia so maybe different in Egypt. Is there an email you can send an enquiry to perhaps? If you have not provided any information on your daughter such as birth certificate, passport act then I don't see them including her in the application.

we had to provide the birth certificate with the petition but we didn't submit a K3 for her daughter.
