Spelling mistake in Petitioner's current company name

Hi there,

 

My lawyer filled out the I-129 form and in the very first draft, she typed my company name as H20 CLINICAL, LLC d.b.a. FIRMA CLINICAL RESEARCH while the correct spelling of H20 should be H2O. O was mistaken by 0. I told her to fix it but I guess she forgot to correct the spelling. I email her to see if she already sent out the forms. Just in case, If the forms were sent out, do you think that spelling error will be an issue? I am really tensed. I am waiting for a reply from her but any feedback would be really helpful.

It probably won't be much of an issue but if she could correct it before shipping it off, why not? :)

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

My sincerest gratitude to all VJers, especially the late geowrian.
