No personal experience to share but I would suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes prior.

I had my interview yesterday at Sacramento USCIS office. My interview was scheduled for 8:15 AM, but it did not start until 8:30. I had the nicest gentleman interview me, and it could not have gone any smoother. He said I passed the interview, and that he is recommending me for the citizenship. He said that my oath may not be scheduled until June or even July though, because their may ceremony is already full. Now the last waiting game in the process.

Thank you! Do you mind describing the procedure at this FO, as it is also mine ? Any information would be useful, from parking to where within the office the interviews are done, the waiting room, receptionist procedure, number of people waiting to interview etc...

Sure! Sacramento office is in downtown Sacramento. There were multiple people late for their appointments because of parking. There is no parking at the building, so you either need to find street parking or find a paid parking lot. Since I live a few hours away from Sacramento, I drove the previous day to the city, stayed at a hotel 1 mile away, and just took an UBER not to waste time on parking.

After you arrive to the building you will need to go through security and metal detector, and then take an elevator to the second floor. Interviews are held at a room 2-211 (check your appointment letter to make sure I wrote correct room number). As soon as you walk out of the elevator there are many signs showing where the room is. Then you will walk up to the receptionists desk and slide your appointment letter through the window and take a seat. After that, the officer who will interview you will come and call you by your name. Next, you will proceed to the office, and do the interview.

The entire process at the office was very organized and easy to understand.

It will be at the USCIS office in Irving where you had your interview. I think they do 3 or 4 administrative ceremonies every week at this location.

CASE TRANSFERRED TO NBC LEES SUMMIT MO

So i really don't think this is good for me. I just received a letter from the USCIS that my i-175 ( ROC ) has been transferred to the national benefits center even tho i am already in line for interview on n400. Im a joint filer meaning i filed to remove condition i 175 then later filed for N400 because i was eligible.

My question is, what is the possible outcome of this ? My n400 is at my local office in California and i was hoping they call me for a joint interview. the joint filers, did anyone receive such a letter and guys what should i expect. this waiting is just too much. i feel like its gonna take forever now. However i know they would have to make a decision on my ROC before my N400. It could have been nice to have a joint interview .every suggestion or comment will be appreciated. Thanks

I called USCIS 2 weeks ago and they told me that my case has been transferred to National Benefit Center also. I'm still waiting for the transfer letter, hope to receive it before this weekend
