I interviewed same day as your wife at the Irving TX office. My status was also stuck but they sent my oath letter on the 18th which I got on the 20th since I live just down the street from them. Has your wife gotten her letter yet?

We didn't check the mail since the online status didn't change. Was your status online changed when you received the letter? she sent them couple of messages through her USCIS account and all we got was she needs a final approval to be scheduled for her oath ceremony. It's been ten days now and still the same thing but I will go and check the mail just in case.

Also do you have a my.uscis.gov/account/   account?  Someone told me to sign up for one and as soon as I did, the next day my status changed and letter was sent.

I signed up for both uscis accounts actually on the 17th and on the 18th my status finally changed.

Yes she has a USCIS account and her status is still Interview was scheduled. She scheduled an infopass on 5/1 but we hope she get her oath scheduled before that. But I am still now sure why it has not been scheduled yet since she passed and recommended for approval

Yeah something was off about the Dallas  interviews they did on the 11th. People that interviewed before or after us either already had their oath this past Friday the 20th or are scheduled for next Friday the 27th. I even got a weir day (Thursday morning)

Was his I-751 approved before the Interview and did they interview both of you?

So we scheduled an infopass for my wife today and it was literally for nothing. The officer told us that she is waiting on a final approval to be scheduled for her oath ceremony which we already know. I asked her if there is pending in her case and just responded no just waiting on the approval. I am really frustrated, I mean if there is nothing pending what is preventing the supervisor from approving the case which should take less than 10 minutes. :(

My wife had her interview on 4/4, no update on the oath so far. So it is not just 4/11, I think it depends on the officer's case load and queue at that particular office. Two of our friends had interviews at Washington last week, and they had their interviews in the afternoon, the same day.

Patience, no point getting frustrated. You waited so many years to come to this point, what is a few more weeks? It will come when it comes, nothing you can do by getting agitated about it.

Yes, we filed for the 400 the day we received the I751 approval.  They only interviewed my husband.  I remained in the waiting area while they took him for the interview.  Apparently, it is up to the discretion of the interviewing officer on whether the spouse can come back or not - at least this is what we were told at the Detroit offices.  Was relatively short and he came out with his approval - Yay!!

Hi guys, so while i was waiting for my Oath Letter, i received an update that my i751 application got transferred to a new office, which doesn't make sense since i had my N400 interview and the IO approved both applications. Anyway, so i called USCIS and they said it could be a computer glitch and the system shows that my application is still at my local office (mind you that the IO after the interview, gave me all my old bills, pictures, etc..) from my i751 package saying that there's no more need for it since it's approved.

So two days ago i receive another letter (after an update via message) regarding my i751 saying congratulations you are a Lawful permanent resident and should receive your green card in 60 days !

Can anyone explain to me why this happened? Like why i'm receiving these letters when the IO already approved both applications.

Thanks in advance
