My mothers I-212 and I-601 waiver approval was sent to the wrong embassy. Her case is in New Delhi but sent letters to Mumbai. What do I do? I've contacted the New Delhi embassy but they told me to wait and it's been a month already. 

You will need to contact Mumbai Consulate and ask them to transfer the case file to New Delhi. This process will take upto 3 weeks.
