This site is not an official government site, and it has incorrect info about the beneficiary signing the I-130A. Where is the official site saying what needs to be included?

As said the links are there to the official sites.

Do have your new wife complete the I-130a  as you need to file that with the I-130.   ( and NO to the G-325a)

What do you mean   - the beneficiary does not sign the I-130A ??    A signature and date is required, page 3.

The beneficiary is not required to sign it. The petitioner can do it.

Well that is cool to know.  I saw the signature space stating beneficiary signature on the form and went for the obvious.

Thanks!
