Those are estimates based on VJ info and tell us they have mainly gotten to August 5th. We have some awesome scanners/analysts that scan USCIS to get a better idea of where they actually are working at though and right now they have touched to Aug 17. But even those scans don't tell us everything because uscis doesnt update online a lot of the time

Oh awesome - i didn't realize that :) Our NOA1 is September 21st so still a little way to go yet but any progress is exciting...keep us updated on the approval dates :)

I think the latest news is there's an approval for the 21st of August :) but we're waiting for Naes to wake up to know if they actually reached that date or if it's just one random case

They're at least at 22!!

So I need to tell this here cause it is funny to me:

My day started with a February filers fiances brother getting his noa2 last week and apparently they filed (don't even know if its received or receipt) on September 8, and also the person saw people getting their noa2s on this website... So I wanted to ask to those ghosts where are they?

Give me a high five if you're reading it!

Then this person also says USCIS is transferring the files etc.... I asked where it is written that I-129f is getting transferred... SO far it obviously is on USICS website... I, If I read USCIS website one more time I am going to puke level, read it.

However, if anyone ACTUALLY gets to LEGIT information but not SPECULATION please reach me.

I wanted to write this down before it becomes the legendary conspiracy of the day...

Because There are people already at OMG thats awesome mode... Umm yes it would be awesome... but where is it happening???

High five right here... I read that and felt suspicious but wouldnt be bad if it was true... If we can get some concrete evidence on it I'll start in on awesome mode

That's my thing too give me something real!

it is possible after all that one person hit the lottery and didn't get any update online. (Or most likely it's just a receipt date) but then when they add I saw September filers here that got approved...then I stopped believing...

i want to believe it but Kind of hard to after alllll the things I've heard.

We jumped another day as well! Side note; My ESTA expired yesterday and I'm actually a little excited that I'm not renewing it, cause the next time I'm going through immigration it'll be on my K1!  Had to share cause I'm just feeling v happy about all the Augustines approvals and I'm getting excited. Even though I'm quite late September I think the day they do the first batch of September approvals I'll cry with happiness.

Mine jumped from April 7th to 8th

But I don’t care, I know it’s almost our turn so I’m waiting patiently!

I’ve been pushing my fiance to finish up his paperwork before NOA2 arrives so he can mail me everything asap. He doesn’t seem as excited/nervous as I am lol.

Delete the Texas service center and put California there instead of transfer. (The reason for jump, because those Texas service center cases people put are actually wrong, which causes wrong estimates) ;)

Work has been so stressful. Immigration is stressful. Life has been kicking me down recently.

But my timeline jumped back another day. (Approximately) One month left to go before NOA2. That is what's keeping me going right now.
