but how can you guarantee it was an app mistake ? not everybody is here on VJ. how can we be sure this person from lebanon wasnt from september? I don't think  we can do that.

If I understand correctly the WAC number that has an approval on the app did not get an approval on the official USCIS site and is still on 'Received'.

The app has been giving out a lot of these faulty updates.

First of all that app showing Lebanon means the person put their case themselves. Because you cannot reach a country name with a wac number.

for an app to give an update, there should be an update on the official uscis website. And there is no update from September 1-8 in any cases. I can check again. But as far as 4 hours ago there was no update.

so yes I can say with 100% that, that was not a received date of September 8 case, that got an update.

you can put any date and country in that app, and the only notification it will give would be whatever you put there.

Oh by the way, I am not checking people on visa journey. I'm checking the whole month of September. And again not everyone is also on that app, and that app won't give an update unless someone registered it

Thank you ❤️

This is the third time today, and probably 20th time overall. I really hate that app....

therefore I'm scanning September again so if it comes out I can check if it was an expedite.

guuuurllll - u seriously do a second sept scan for us sunshines? :o

i think, unless this "sept 8" (like mine ahhhh) filer would have a pic showing of NOA2 and the date sept 8 showing, i think it was a typo and it was aug 8 not sept 8....

There were no approvals whatsoever there were withdrawals.. and even a poor case that just got an rfe for the second time but no approvals.

Also they tend to put withdrawal acknowledgment close to the time they'll start the new month..

there were about 7 of them  in august 2 weeks before approvals started to come.

I just have to say, there's no reason to get feisty with anyone on here. Not mentioning names, but in all honesty - I AM SURE IF THEY STARTED SEPTEMBER @Naes WOULD BE THE FIRST TO LET US KNOW. I'm sure everyone is starting to get ants in their pants. My fiance keeps telling me i'm a pessimist because I keep saying what if we get an RFE, or what if they skip over Sept 6th? :) so he tells me to shut up and we move on. We'll get there. It's definitely coming but I know when it does come, @Naes will let us all knowwww

Believe me if I see an approval for real I'd be jumping up and down! That's why I checked whole September 3 times today! Hehehe

i just don't want to give wrong information... and I really really hate that app because of this faulty info....

additionally: your fiancé is extremely right "shut up and move on" 😂 My fiancé just ignores and says our package is perfect... I'm like uscis doesn't work like that..." no it is perfect"

haha i know that feeling! me as a control freak went a bit coucou as HE had to put the envelope together as i was not here....

and i mean i trust him haha but gooosh i know what i do and i'd prefer that i put everything together :D

at this point, a RFE won't even scare me, i feel at least u know when u send in the missing part it takes another 1-2 weeks and u r good to go! lol

at least then you know, but not having a RFE and no reply at all, that's what drives me coucou

I hope it goes fast for you also!  My fiancé is the “dream big” type, I plan conservatively and just hope to be pleasantly surprised haha. It seems like the post-NOA2 activities are also speeding up, so hopefully that'll hold true for us!

We are all dreaming big here, it shouldn't be so hard to be with your loved one. Hope everything speed up and may it is 😍 good luck and positive thoughts 🙏

Another September filer here (case received 8th September) I lurk every day but rarely post. Getting ridiculously antsy now that we're getting close and SO glad to see it speeding up!

Good luck to you all and may we all get exciting news soon!
