When do you think they will start with Septemeber cases?

My positive side says the last week of February that connects to March.

My realistic self says the week after that.

Because August is moving hard but not moving hard towards new days...

Hey all I am a September filer, long time lurker first time poster. I am in a bit of a situation. My fiance is from Manila but has lived and worked in Dubai for 4 years. Her work visa expires in March and her company doesn't want to renew since she will be leaving. Would it be best for her to stay in Dubai and just get a 90 day tourist visa or for her to go back to Manila? Will they want to see her residency at the interview?

Finished checking cases from sept 1-8..

i can say with 100% clairity that it is not a September case but someone putting the date wrong again..(most likely an August 8 case)

1) I hate that app

2) let's count how many times I will have to say this same thing again :D (so far 2)

My fiance is leaving tomorrow back to U.S. and we are already sad with the perspective of meeting again only in a few months, seeing August moving in approvals is comforting, but we know we still have a long way to go. But it's so confusing to believe in the visa journey prediction for our NoA2 is just in april if they are already looking through August. We tend to believe that it will come before that and in May we'll be almost in the end.

What's the prediction for you guys?  👀

Let's hope everything goes smooth and the process in Rio goes fast as well.

I hope it goes fast for you also!  My fiancé is the “dream big” type, I plan conservatively and just hope to be pleasantly surprised haha. It seems like the post-NOA2 activities are also speeding up, so hopefully that'll hold true for us!

look guys,  as far as I'm concerned, I don't think it was an expedited case. because september's on the corner . neither do I think it was a mistake. I do think they have started september. when the official chart was in june 27, they were processing june, july and august. a friend of mine from late august got her noa2 in 178 days.  now they've skipped through august. why? because most of july cases are already doing ok under process. now we are in august which means they might have started september.  I 'm from sept. 11 and I know it's coming now ... they don't follow through an order. they do what it seems fitting within their own logic. well.. it's coming guys! take heart! it's coming these next few weeks. :)

It wasn't expedite, cause it does not exist...

theres an app update but theres no uscis update. Which means the app was faulty.
