I wish I knew how that happens. I did read that sometimes they start randomly pulling to even out some sort of flow .. but I didn't think they did it with the K 1.. I read it was for some other visa. Possible the work visa. When they get so backed up they do random pulls to speed things up which makes no sense. Grab a stack from July and work OT if you wanna speed up cases. Crazy! I haven't even seen any September approvals

I think it might be a shtick to seem as if they're improving times, if you look only at the dates touched. But IDK, none of it makes sense. Although all the November approvals were from the same date, so there's something there.

Guys really the discussion shouldn't be why 4 people in November 16 specifically got random noa2s. But wow August came in so fast they already touched August 14..

dont dream on the random and pray for the miracle when the action is right in front of your feet.

You and the co-sponsor both will need to each fill one.

Thanks! You're always such a life-saver. (L)

I'm so happy that things are moving, but I want to punch USCIS for approving cases from November right now. 151 days and counting. -___-

There was a link to a USCIS worker who explained how things worked when he worked there... I would honestly attribute these nov approvals to sheer dumb luck based on how he described the work flow.. someone just happened to pick the box with a few nov petitions in it.. that’s how I’m gonna justify it in my mind anyways

I still can't get over this.... it's obviously human mistakes. Must be a new trainee...lol If USCIS wants to make it up and make this fair, they should also pull some random cases from September, October, and even December. Then we can call this quit. They need to take responsibility for their own actions.

I feel like something was violated .... ugh 😑

Yeah I know but still doesn't make sense how November was approved. Either way, hopefully August keeps moving and they touch September. When do you think we will see the first September approval?

Sorry I just saw this one. There are two ways they may go. 1) stay in 8/15 and first clear whatever before that for a while 2) go overall while pushing july and move towards September.

i hope they won't go the first route again cause that's what ruined May and june...

im actually expecting movement around the beginning of march. Because they did touch as far as 8/15 and if they go like this  in less than 2 weeks they would be in September.

also they moved forward in both june and july today. So they may focus on august soon while playing with july and September

basicallt I'm expecting about -2 weeks than what vj is showing.

guys, a little help. I am the beneficiary. My fiancee's auntie and her husband are gonna be my co sponsor since my fiancee doesnt meet the PGL. well... since my co sponsor is married, she and her husband do tax together. both of them want to help us out. so I am taking to the interview all the financial proof for both of them such as w2, paystubs, job letter, bank account from both of them, besides their tax return and a letter signed for both of them testifying about my relationship with my fiancee and that they are willing to support me financially. . well, can both of them be my cosponsors SINCE they are MARRIED and live at the SAME HOUSE, and do the SAME anual tax ?

Hi guys I ve been a lurker for a lonngg time. first time posting. I need some help please. The thing is when it comes to taxes i usually have my mother claim me as her dependant but then i claim myself as well. Im curious if that will affect anything if i do it this year? or should i just not allow her to claim me. i will not be using a co sponser. My (current) job passes the income requirements necessary to support my fiance **BUT the income i made last year (2017) i missed it just a bit **But i have assets to make up for it. Should i let my mother claim me, or should i not. i dont want to make things complicated by bringing her into this being that i wont be using her as a co sponser. Any advise?
