At this point I hope that I can be used to help other filers relax.  I know we will eventually be approved.  If me being calm helps them realize that it is the process that stinks and how important it is to stay calm and keep their love and the process separated then my delay is worth it.  If just one couple relaxes because they see that we are relaxed then this is almost as good as an approval...almost.

It is so important to separate the process from the reason for the process.  Keep you love strong and you will soon realize that this process, while flawed, really isn't that bad.  It is a little more time apart and you can make up for that time when you are finally together.

I cant like this more than once so I'll quote it and like it again...

@John & Rose You're truly a good person. You do help so many people. Thank you and good luck! :)

Thank you so much.  I just hope that some of the stresses can be reduced because of our story.  I don't care how long this takes.  In the end I will be with Rose.  I'm not happy with the process but it can't impact our love.  If I have to plan another trip then so be it.  This is just a test of our love and we will pass.

Hello, I just found this thread a couple of days ago and am happy to have found a place to wait with others going through the same thing.

My my case was opened September 29. I look forward to following this thread and seeing the progress of other couples as we trudge through this crazy process!

I honestly wouldn't know if my dates moved. I didn't even know it had an estimate until last week so mine shows between March 21-23. Who knows though. I leave my fiancé on Thursday. Headed back to New York. He's so optimistic about being with me soon and I'm just all kinds of sad because I've came every 2 months since September to see him and now my job won't let me. I literally had to sign something that I won't take a vacation  anytime soon. I guess I was lucky enough to take 3 two week trips in a 6 month time frame. Just praying in the next coming months he's buying a ticket to come see me

I feel ya!  We'll meet up again in early March and after that I really don't have the vacation time to take another visit, not if we still want to plan a little wedding dinner or go around and see family.  And every dollar we spend treating ourselves to a holiday is a dollar less we have when we're eating rice and waiting for his employment authorization! Hopefully we will all be well sorted by June!

I'm gonna post this here too in case you guys are interested ;).

I was curious about how a weekly approved cases graph (over the past few months) looked like, so I decided to find out.

Please, note that ONLY updated approved cases were considered, and that the purpose of this graph is just merely informative, not predictive.

And... the same for RFE'd cases.

Actually this one corresponds to RFE'd cases never (or not yet) updated to another status, such as approved. Sorry if it was confusing.

Hi Fellow September Filers! Wondering if anyone is starting to collect their tax & wages for the I-134 form yet? Is it too early? I see August dates are getting approved so thought I'd see if anyone else is doing any prepping for our *fingers crossed* upcoming NOA2 approvals.

Oh good! Was feeling like I should get the ball rolling. From what I've read we need three years of tax returns, pay stubs and a letter from my employer? Is there anything else I'm missing? Thank you so much! I'm a newbie :)
