Hello Everyone!

I am planning to send in my petition for my fiancé who is in New Zealand on a work visa. I had a few questions, for the parts that do not apply to me do we just leave them blank or put in N/A ?
Also, the packet gets sent to Texas if I'm in Ohio and then they will transfer it to California Service Center?

I would put N/A in every space that doesn't apply that's what I also did as far as where to send it that depends on if your sending it usps or a carrier like fedex

We got our email notification today. That's the date I've temporarily put down on my timeline here until we get the paper copy of the NOA1 and I see a different date on there. It will probably take a little while to get to us since we live together in South Korea and we thus filed from here.

Happy waiting everybody.

Hey guys,

sorry I have another question I have read this over and I just want to be sure but, for the Multiple Filer Waiver Question,

do I select 5.d not applicable, beneficiary is my spouse or I am not a multiple filer

if this is my first time filing.

Haaaay!

We are also a same-sex couple. We were very honest with our relationship. From what I read it should be fine.

Sure it is, and then you read something or remember to something and start panicking if you did it right or should have you done it differently :) My advice is to try to forget about it, and sign up for the myUSCIS and opt in for e-mail or text notifications. In this way you are not checking every week the case status

Congrats! Yes it is nerve wrecking. I kept checking the package via USPS and when I saw it had made it to their lockbox. I kept checking my checking account and that is how I found out that it had been accepted; they cashed the check the night before and sent me a text and email the next day :D. Now the real wait begins for us lol

Sep 7 NOA 1 here.  Grace is in the Philippines.  Hoping to connect with others in the Philippines on roughly the same schedule.  My fiancee is nervous to go to Manila alone for the medical and interview later so connecting with someone else going through at the same time would be great.

Good luck to everyone in your journeys!
