Yeah my fiance just sent this to me. We're discussing whether or not it's even feasible. He's not on the forums and believes things are just moving fast now. As the person who has been keeping a careful eye on this and the forums I'm fairly sure it's a glitch. I mean sure the June filers were just fighting over when they'll get a response just last week, I'm sure all us September people will have an answer in a matter of days! It would be nice though, I'd even happily take the "I told you so" that he's probably too sweet to say out loud. But his face would say it all! Lol.

I’ve been doing the same just keeping an eye on the forum to see how things are moving along, my fiancé is a bit too optimistic that the posted processing times are true. If only! But hey it’s nice to wish :jest:

If i will be you , I will just go to US , than marry here, take a lawyer and you will be fine. I had many friends who come under tourist visa and got marry here. Will just take a little bit longer to get the green card but at list you guys will be together. My brother got marry last yr and his fiance come on tourist visa and they had the wedding here in US , after 6 months she got her green card.

If they go on a tourist visa and get married, there is a VERY good chance that they will cancel the tourist visa and require them to file a CR visa.  They will have to back for 12 to 14 months before being allowed to return.  Going on a tourist visa and getting married can be considered visa fraud and that can have a much bigger impact than you can imagine.  I wouldn't chance it.  That is bad advice.

my theory is;

1) they're gonna go Oprah on us!

2)some dude is trolling us( and he's watching right now!!!

3)they are actually smarter now and splitting the cases (ahahah..sure)

4)glitch (I actually think it's not a glitch since yesterday)

right now im between number 3 and 4!

cause seriously the reply they are giving is please wait for an answer for 2 weeks.. now this is not a simple tier1 answer;

it should have been,

  You are in the normal processing times...

or

  S**t! (Yelling) Miiikeee is that you who updated the site!!!

i am hopeful about transfer seriously... but why jump September dude??? Like we know there is no September being touch let alone as of September 30, even aroun well now... if only it said November... I would go dragon on them...

My original theory was it was just a glitch that I had assumed would’ve been fixed this morning, just a bit odd they haven’t caught it or maybe they truly have split cases in which case I’m sure people will get notification if the case is transferred..

its just strange :huh: either way I’ll be here happily waiting lol

Great to see September on the CSC Processing date although we are not sure if it's a glitch just yet.

But the processing estimates on my timeline hasn't changed, so I'm not holding my breath.

Has anyone's changed?

Don't hold your breath 😊 Vj works in a different algorithm. But that is not a glitch according to some phone calls happened to uscis we will learn what it means in a few weeks... but nope no September activity yet.

I hate to burst everyone's bubble, but that has said "September 1st, 2017" since the end of September. I went on there to check processing times a couple months ago and it's been there since back then.

I hope the phone calls to USCIS are right and they are processing them. But, of course, we shall see...

I'm so afraid to hope that it might be true.. but I can't stop myself from hoping haha. Actually if it was a mistake, wouldn't USCIS people have corrected it already? I mean I'm sure they got lots of emails and calls about processing times yesterday..

btw, @Naes do you ever sleep? :) I'm lurking in other topics, it seems you're active 24/7 :) we're so lucky to have you!

Ahahah I live in japan 😂😂😂 it's because of the time difference ...and I hate my job... like so much (even though I do the same data analysis and forecasting things) I just hate my workplace and counting (164 days to quit yayyy) to that! Hence I'm here all over the place (also fiancé sleeps, again 17 hour difference!)

but it yeah I am the same. I am scared to think the best case scenario but I can't help with the what if(cause it makes sense) so I'm trying not to think

i just say to myself; and in all other monthly posts: I want you guys to get yours first. Cause I do. It doesn't make sense if they won't. No logical answer unless they are transferring cases slowly without us realizing In These two weeks. September won't start without any action on other places. This is the only fact.

I knowww, I feel really bad about June-July-August filers, they've waited for such a long time, and all by sudden this impudent September appears.

I hope we'll find out what's happening soon! You think we'll know it in about two weeks?

Oh and I feel you about your job! I resigned two weeks ago since I couldn't stand it there anymore, I'm so freaking happy now xD looking for the other job though
