Why does everyone keep saying w2's on the instructions for the I-134 list of supporting documents w2's are not on there its not a requirement if you meet the required amount now because this is a new job they may ask for that to see what you made last year on a previous job if you cant provide that then a co sponsor will be asked for

feel free to not add it. From what I read, you have to provide supporting documents with the I-134, which in this case should be the W2.

I'd just add it as a supporting document, as after this loooooooong wait I do not want to get a Rejection or cause any more delays

i understand what your saying yes in this case w2's would be good to have if those cant be provided than yes a co-sponsor would be asked for,However in my case im using a co-sponsor anyway to  be safe and my mother has been on her job for 25+ years and w2's are not needed because through the banks documents and a letter from her employment that will be enough evidence ive only seen them request w2's when you havent been on your job long and they want to see proof that you make a certain amount previously

Love knows no reason,no boundaries,no distance .It has a sole intention of bringing people together to a time called FOREVER!!!!!!!!

Goooood Moooorning Everyone!

Your Weekly News is here!

I am so sorry for being late with this weekends results,

however GOOD NEWS; especially for June and July filers;

the numbers are back to normal  for the expected 700+ per weeks.

These numbers doesn't even include October rejections!

I am still hoping for June to slowly start next week and go to their peak the following!

And obviously as a September I am religiously believing in 150 days!

So here are the updated numbers overall!

Oh that’s great!

Are you saying 150 days from NOA1? Well, that would be great because I’m September 6th. 💪🏻 So maybe we could be Mr&Mrs Monti soon

That's what I'm believing 😊

My countdown is to Valentine's Day. Even though vj says end of February.

Hopefully they will keep the numbers like this and go a bit higher as well!!

One thing the Immigration does not tell you is that not all Embassies/Consulates process K1 fiance(e) Visa. I just found out after I have already sent my package. In my case US consulate in Burundi does not process that mind of visa. You have to travel to Tanzania or Kenya. So I am waiting for sure an RFE that will add more time to my waiting time.

Wow I'm so sorry you're going through that.. I hope they can at least realize and send an early rfe to change it.

of course I am mentally ready for my 1 week vacation, but... keep thinking of all the 3245 steps after NOA2....

so guys quick question!

so our estimated NOA2 is sometime in Feb 18.

How are you guys planning on the I-134 form and W2's etc? I heard not everybody gets all info at that time just yet, so you only provide for 2016, or you then wait until the petitioner gets all infos for 2017 together?

EDIT: sorry it's just as we are preparing the 134 already as my fiancé is coming tomorrow. and I just thought about it so....
