My NOA2 was sent on March 1, 2018!

I'm not exactly sure what day it arrived in the mail because I wasn't home.

As others have warned, USCIS has NOT been giving e-mail or mobile alerts or even updating case status online.

For those wondering, our submission date was September 1, and our NOA1 was September 8. We received no RFEs.

Start calling the NVC to bug them :) Get that case number!

Good luck to all those still waiting the NOA2's are in the mail!! We didnt get an update either. But they will be here soon XXXXXXXXX

Sorry if this has been asked before/sounds stupid but i have all the documents ready for i-134 form the only thing i cant understand is where to file it? Does it go to the beneficary to take to the embassy interview? (Uk) or do i file it in the US? If this isnt the right forum to ask in can someone direct me to a forum.

Thanks ☺

Yes, your beneficiary will take it to the interview.

It's nice to see people getting approved, but tbh it does sting a little when people with a later date get approved before you. Going into 189 days and all I can say is that I feel bad for those who've been waiting over 200-250 days. I hope their NOA2's come soon cause they deserve it. Stay strong berries!

Totally with you here. It’s so exciting and so lovely seeing all these happy berries but 187 days and I’m ready for mine now please 🤷🏻‍♀️

So our RFE came in today, apparently we missed a Questionnaire on the form, so we're praying that's all we need before an approval!

It's in the mail, for a Next Day delivery from me and in Alabama.....Can you tell we're anxious?

Silence is golden at times with USCIS

Yes. They're doing lots of silent updates/approvals.

Just hang on a bit longer, everyone. The approvals are coming!
