By the way I am using my case as a sample case at the same time.

we both have nothing in our pasts: he was in the navy since 19, I was in a government scholarship program since 21 till I was 28 and then started the job I was in and nothing since then either.

not even a dui or anything (cause I never even drove before)

both never been married, no kids etc

met 7-8 times for months in the year.

no red flag gaps ofworth saying.

so I'm curious, how long our case will take...

oh and I got a 10 year visa from US when I first applied as a student at once, and all other places I ever applied too shengen and Australia. Never had a problem so far...I'm sooo curious

Yes, we are all in the dark with no explanations, and we also don't know for sure how much people tell in their story line when they say they don't have anything in their past when you go to this thread from months ago and people are still waiting with no news.

So, same here, we are both pretty basic, we traveled a lot in the last few months and we never had any issues with any visa, I have a 10 years U.S. Visa, no issue whatsoever to get it back in 2014. So, we just keep saying our mantra "our noa2 is coming, they don't have any reason to hold us back and we'll be together in May to start our boring routine with morning waffles."

I Really Believe That In The End Of March Well Be With Our Approvals And Moving On To A New Thread Waiting Nvc

Yours will be fast Naes! I have hope! It'll be a VJ Holiday!

Your situation sounds similar to mine. I met my fiance while I was working in Japan. We have no criminal records, no kids, no previous marriages, etc. We lived together for 2 years in Canada while he was a student (he used his GI bill to study here) and have leases in our names as well as home and auto insurance in both our names, not to mention so many plane tickets to the US, Europe, all over Canada. I hope this helps our case!

I used the case tracker app and scanned too many times :dead: It won't even let me check my own case on the USCIS website! Does anyone know how long until I can obsessively scan again?

I called and said I forgot my WAC # and the transferred me to tier 2, unfortunately as nice as the guy was he didn’t give me much info. I think it depends on who you get
