Oh I see, I got that when you said about your day being touched. So it could mean that all September went already to background checks and the files are being sent back to approvals or rfe?

All these cases are probably done background checks a few weeks ago and came back.

And per their dates and when they came back got to a new order.

Now adjudicators are picking up from whatever came back in the order they came back (that is why we mostly see an order but not totally)

I am sure they touched every case between the last date we saw updated at least once even if we don't see it.

Because what are the possibilities of all of the 15 not coming back but that one case of 18 did?

Also I don't think these updates happen at the time of approval or request.

I think they do it. and there is another queue for it to get printed out and send.

Thats another reason why some dates don't match, and why sometimes we learn on phone but it is not out yet.

So yep They will - as always they do- go through the month. while also touching here and there. Then move towards the next month while doing September overall for at least 2-3 weeks. So I'm not panicked at all. because this is how they did for months at least as I observed. And I actually find it rather lucky to be in the first batch they finish of that date :)

Well, let's not panic, unless we see ourselves in the situation like these cases of may, June and July that are still waiting. That must be so frustrating! Even more if you see yourself as an easy case, no kids, do divorce, we'll employed...

By the way I am using my case as a sample case at the same time.

we both have nothing in our pasts: he was in the navy since 19, I was in a government scholarship program since 21 till I was 28 and then started the job I was in and nothing since then either.

not even a dui or anything (cause I never even drove before)

both never been married, no kids etc

met 7-8 times for months in the year.

no red flag gaps ofworth saying.

so I'm curious, how long our case will take...

oh and I got a 10 year visa from US when I first applied as a student at once, and all other places I ever applied too shengen and Australia. Never had a problem so far...I'm sooo curious

Oh if i am not mistaken last time you said you were 26... or maybe not you... 🤔

Ah got it. So i misunderstood then.

My case (December filer) will be the longest probably... 😑😫

1. I have a kid.

2. Brandon has some DUI records.

3. I had trips to USA even before i met him

4. I have travelled to UK and schengen zone and had no issues but idk if it will help.

5. People think Borat’s land (only i can call my country like that no one else is allowed lol) is islamic country but it is not. And i am christian.

6. We met only once...

positive things:

1. I saw all members of his family and his mom and dad and step mother and all sisters love me and we chat everyday with them.

2. I work in american bank here.

3. We made tattoos with our names on our arms lol.

If it will take longer than 5 months i will die 😂

Well, im the USC and my fiancee has never been to the US. But I've introduced him to some stuff that he hadn't tried before like guacamole and doritos haha he definitely enjoyed it and now makes guac by himself. Im excited to show him fair food here haha so american. But also we''ll live in Miami so there's so much Latin food that's amazing and he hasn't tried yet: peruvian, cuban, colombian.
