Okay everyone that already had docs signed. What is your reasoning behind the dating of anything that needs a wet signature (I suppose it should be employer statement, letter of intent, and the I-134 of course)? Are March dates fine for a May interview? Do we know of any cases where signatures have been "too old"?

My fiancé is going away to another state next week for work and I thought we might want to finish up some paperwork while he's still at home, just to be ready. I'm thinking especially the employer's statement should be dated as closely to the interview as possible - but do you guys have any insights?

For Japan:

it says I-134 is valid for a year. So I thought 2 months is a good enough timeframe.

however my main sponsors employment letter is from early February. however I will have his most recent pay stubs and as they will also have company name on it I believe it's ok.

Guys and Gals being we eventually will all get married after entering, what's some honeymoon places within the US you all want to go to?

For me  I never been to Hawaii so that will be cool to see and relax.

Since Im a beach lover and my fiance is from down south and its summer,  we’re planning to check out Florida or the nice beaches nearby and the Disney world! Also, love to see the Bahamas & Caribbeans but need to have the GC first as what Ive heard.

i didn't listen to 1 meeting since September started (actually no since august started...actually nope since probably last October....)

Hi @Naes would it be possible to have all September 28 filers WAC numbers so I can I add them on my app and check them too? Thank you

Could you dm me the same figures for September 12th? 😍 I did my first scans today but only of 300 cases because I didn’t want to use up all my space at one time. It would be great if there was a way to filter for I-129F already before the search, does anyone know how to do this?

There is no way to filter for I-129f that's why we are using this script

Good morning!

Just curious as to why some people are sending the paperwork to their fiance before the approval? Only asking because I thought about it but I don't want to jinx my NOA2. If I print pay stubs now and all of that, there'd be a gap and I want everything to be the most recent. Is there not a big deal in that kind of thing? For instance if I sent my fiance everything this week and we don't get an approval for two more weeks, does that get looked at? I just don't want the CO to say ok we're putting you in AP because these pay stubs are now a month old.

Well for paystubs I'm getting it as emails and will print out here.

and for the rest, as I said before the website said validity it 1 year normally but because it is k1 I found 1 or 2 month old is still valid.

That's not a bad idea. Is there anything else I can e-mail my fiance to print on his end? Where do I get the updated letters of intent to marry or do I write one myself?

Anything that doesn't need a wet sign I think can be sent by mail.
