@J❤️J I really appreciated what you wrote by the way. I like to think that way too, that I’m incredibly lucky in having found him and in many other ways too. I see it this way: if I can find things to complain about now, then most likely that behavior will stick even when we’re together. How much of a healthy relationship are you building with your fiancé, or anyone for that matter, if it’s based on constantly discussing all the misfortunes in your life? Better to break the pattern at the start and be grateful. It works well for me at least :)

Hejhej! Thank you for your kind words. ☺️ I agree with you completely. Rather than complain about how long this process takes, I'm enjoying the time here with my family and friends. I'm even enjoying my time at the office knowing that in a couple weeks/months,  I will be saying my goodbyes to everyone and starting a new chapter of my life.

Naes great news! Thank you so much!!

Can I ask you how and where do you do these scans, it is really interesting - I am sure you must have replied to someone else before, I am new here:) (October filer)

Case tracker app is the one I like for daily use. It will let you scan up to 500 cases each time. But be careful as uscis blocks IP if you go more than 4000ish cases per 2 days I think.

I do it with a pc script that does the same thing in order to be able to get all of I-129f so I can share the info.

184 days since NOA1. Is there any rhyme or reason to some cases being processed weeks before others?

There does not appear to be any rhyme or any reason lol. Not one we’ve been able to decipher anyway.

I quickly ran the report on iPhone and saw the chart for October. I haven`t seen the possibility to export it to excel file yet, but I will definitely get to it later.

For a second got excited I saw some approval in the chart for October, I thought to myself that this can`t be true...and indeed it wasn`t...just a different I-form :P LOL

Anyway, thanks for help and good night/morning/afternoon to all following Septemberries and peeking Octobros! :D

I do it through my pc so I get it as an excel file. I believe Daniel in October will be running it as well to provide gathered info. You can find October overall status on the google drive link on my signature. However it does not work properly on phone browsers.

Hey berries! I'm getting a lil bit anxious about my flight next week, beneficiary speaking, since I'm unemployed and I'm currently living in my mother's home I don't have any ties to prove my intention to return. My plan is to take our 129 form copy, the noa1, his updated letter of intent to marry and my return flight receipt printed.

Do you guys think I'll be fine?

Hi!! What day are you flying? I'm traveling next week too and I'm super nervous!! I've been to the US numerous times but given my situation and the country I'm from, I expect a lot of questions and skepticism - everyone is literally running from Venezuela and staying in the US illegally/applying for political asylum due to the current political & economic instability . I have a friend that works at the embassy and he suggested that I say I'm visiting some friends and never mention the word fiance. The thing is that if further questioning takes place, I'm assuming they might see the k1 visa application and that's a risk I'm not willing to take...or they might think I'm planning on staying illegally with those friends:jest:. Honestly, I feel much more comfortable telling the truth because I'm doing everything the right way and I have proof I'm returning back home. However, I'm sticking to the plan of not volunteering any specific information unless asked (e.g., purpose of your visit? "pleasure/vacations" if they specifically ask who am I visiting then I'll mention my fiance  and the k1 visa)

Hello all...june filer...i would like to give some information to you guys....if you put current address in i129-f,and that is not where you want your case to go..and you want it to go to a diffrent embassy.please change it at USCIS,before your case gets to nvc..once at nvc they will send to the address listed as your current ADDRESS..please don't go though what were going through

Do you mean the beneficiaries current address or the petitioners?  My fiancee moved to a different apartment in the same town but works with the people that moved into her previous apartment.  Am I supposed to update her address?

Guys,

I went to visit my fiance in the USA after my NOA1, they just asked me regular questions (purpose of visit and timings) and it was fine. I didn`t have job at that time too, but I had a ticket back home. Don`t worry and be confident, you are just going to visit your loved one! :)

I really strongly recommend not mentioning anything about staying with friends and just saying you’re going to visit your fiancé while you wait for your K1 approval. Have a return flight, tell the complete truth and good luck!

No they wrote another country that the beneficiary would be at the time for interview but NVC chose the resident country that's written in the mailing address part.

In your case if it is the beneficiary who moved: when NVC says ready; mail your embassy the current address with case number to update.

if petitioner: you can do it online
