I129f September 2017 filers

Hello all...june filer...i would like to give some information to you guys....if you put current address in i129-f,and that is not where you want your case to go..and you want it to go to a diffrent embassy.please change it at USCIS,before your case gets to nvc..once at nvc they will send to the address listed as your current ADDRESS..please don't go though what were going through

What Happened On This Day – March 8

I've still checked USCIS daily to see if my withdrawal letter got there before they reviewed my case. I checked this morning and there were no changes. I checked again a few minutes ago, and the status now says they've mailed an RFE. No texts or emails, only the case status update on their site. I wonder if my withdrawal letter will get to the right location, or if I'll have to let the rfe expire to get the petition canceled

Sorry for what has happened.  In my own opinion, I think it is good to make sure that the withdrawal  letter gets to them than you being denied due to failure to respond to the RFE as this may affect you if you have to file K1 petition in future.  You never can tell.

Thanks for the advice. I wonder if I could send another withdrawal letter to the address they use for RFEs.

Not only am I dealing with immigration rules, I'm now dealing with an employer who is threatening to withhold my measly paycheck over work shirts. I have a headache. 

Crappy employers seem to be a common topic in this thread.

Make the employer wait for the work shirts just like we are waiting for the NOA2!! Sharing is caring.

It can’t hurt I think I would do that. I agree, I think you should make sure this petition is withdrawn as apposed to expire in case it ever impacts a future attempt at a K1.

USCIS , why do you got to make this process harder on us filers with long wait times? Many before us have gone in and out within a few months. Why us?
