Haven’t called before so I was curious to see if they could tell me if my case was assigned.

Got it a call back from Tier II really nice guy just told me my case is pending and fiancé visas take 7-9 months to adjudicate (clearly I know they’re working on September already from this forum 😂)

Just wish he gave me some more info about my case lol ahh well time will come :)

my mister called also this  morning and tier 2 said that they are currently working on august 17 and that they are delayed!

haaa tell us something we don't know! lol delayed for 4 months already

it's ridiculous that they don't tell the truth about what they are working on... but sometimes i think the call center people probably have less updates and info than we do thanks to our scans here! so they just say what they know.... ugh!

hope we get a bunch of quiet approvals again as it's been super quiet :(

N-400: 12/05/2023 (confirmed fingerprints are re-used)

Interview scheduled for: 05/09/2024

I feel like there’s misinformation everywhere from them! If I hadn’t found this forum I’d be completely lost lol

I’m hoping so too! I think I’m getting anxious cause of how quiet it’s been! I’m hoping to see a bunch of silent NOAs and that’ll make me feel better :) we’re the 19th so I know we have a couple weeks or so but still this is so nerve racking 😂

the guy I spoke to was pleasant and wasn’t rude at all (surprising haha) but I wish they would give you some update as to where your case lies (wishful thinking 😄)

I’m planning on calling again definitely 😂 I haven’t bothered them up til now haha although I’m definitely expecting an RFE as I forgot to include his I-94 record with our packet :(

Ours did the same! I was sad when I got a January estimate back in Sept but here we are in March lol

well hey - i dont mind a RFE, as long as i know it's touched and you know that you get an approval soon!

what's worse is just not knowing where you stand! and that's what makes it so hard (on me).

just hoping we all get through this ASAP and can move on from this long wait! :)

we all deserve it, every single one in this boat

That’s exactly it! Me and my fiancé are okay with waiting as we know in the end we’ll be together for good :) I’m the same as long as I know it’s been touched I’ll be happy lol

everyone here deserves it! I’m always so excited when I see approvals 😂

Okay fellow Berries.

Life has taken a huge dump on me. I unfortunately lost my job. How is this going to affect my I-134? Will I be alright as long as my co-sponsor meets the financial requirements? Is there something that I should be sending to my fiancé for him to take to his interview that says I'm actively searching for gainful employment?

I am honestly so stressed and upset I cannot even think clearly, so to my fellow lovelies I turn.

You are going to fill out the form and provide all those documents, but you will put there unemployed. You are more than ok as long as your co sponsor , filling out the same form and attaching the same financial proof , is an American citizen or green card holder and meets 100 % of the Poverty guideline and 125% of it when you adjust status. Don't worry. I also have co sponsor.

Ps. For AOS your co sponsor can combine their income with their own household. So if they are married you combine the whole household of your co sponsor's. Relax  :) you are good to go .

Bless you, wonderful soul (L)(L)(L)

I'm honestly sitting here fighting off a panic attack because I was so worried. My co-sponsor is my dad, who more than satisfies the requirements, thank god. It just adds that level of uncertainty/stress because I don't want them to think I'm a public charge, myself.

Oh, you are the American citizen ...they don't  care much about you...hehe... They care about your Alien fiance . So don't worry. My fiancee has started her own business now but she lives with her parents and we are gonna live there. If my consulate officer asks something I will simply tell them her parents help her since she lives with them

. Do you live with your parents?
