i actually think they do have a point system.. (I've read about it before) but they don't only handle k1s... k1 is the smallest portion of all the applications....

 

security checks however is not only ran by uscis.

 

so far what I understand is (it is different for petition type) 

 

cases sent to database checks."name check"

if gets a hit, goes to additional check.

it may take longer depending on the person.

 

it comes back to uscis in that order (here the wac order and date order mostly gone)

and this is why we see "some" order.

then they go through whatever came back with that order.

 

then we see cases whenever it comes back in.

 

and they also do some other database checks in the uscis side.

 

however before the initial adjudication starts rfes are usually not sent.

Hey Berries!!

 

I was able to run a scan before moving my things and myself (finally)

So here I am sitting in the empty room...scanning...

 

September finished first because I only run it halfway through (August still running)

I thought there were more than one Sept 7   

 

But oh well at least 1  

 

Now it would be reallllllyyyyy nice if they can speed up this game  

We need movemennttttttt!!!  We want movementtttttt!!!

Crazy how much the "received" numbers vary from day to day! No wonder the 5th is taking a while with 274 cases! And the 11th is looking pretty monstrous! But so good to see some progress.

182 days and counting...!  

Mondays are usually huuuuugeeeee because of the weekends before, but 5th was even bigger because it was a long weekend. I think it had 400 at the start..
