USCIS and the word happier... I guess I could be described as happy as Bill Murray was in Groundhog Day. USCIS is literally Groundhog Day the film. After getting NOA2, I thought I was through! I was accepted!! Now I talk to USCIS more than when I was waiting for NOA2. I wake up each day and do the same thing as the last... go to work, wait to call NVC get same reply, then call USCIS. Wait 180 minutes for Tier II. I'm stuck in a time loop. Each person says the exact same thing from their little script for two weeks now. I'm going to walk home a different way from work tomorrow just so I can feel like I'm not actually in a repeating time loop 😂😂😂

So did it reach NVC and you're waiting for the number or uscis still didn't send it?

USCIS Tier II said it was sent to NVC on Feb. 27th or earlier ("we wait a week or two to send a truckload of applications to NVC" I was told), but NVC hasn't received it still. My notice is dated 2/20. I think I got too excited when I saw the NOA2, as if things would actually start happening 😂

Well I hope they won't go another "we forgot to send these" stage. But from 27 it's only been a week or so... so hopes up!

Super happy for all the berries that got NOA2 already! Massachusetts is supposed to get more snow tomorrow ☹️ But maybe that’ll bring a snowstorm of NOA2s !

Goes right along with @DeepakChani prediction :D

True that!! It's not so bad. Could be a lot worse, other than calling NVC all the time hahah. I'm so happy they started September!! Visa journey party for Nae's approval is impending

I tend to agree. If the date has passed I can understand a call a week or so but daily calls seem like unnecessarily clogging the system for everyone.. including themselves. Or am I dumb for having waited patiently and now going "where's my update?"

Should I call? lol

Guys I don't think people are calling uscis... people call NVC everyday because that is about getting the case number. You can't move forward without getting the case number.

on another note, calling does not really clog the system the people you speak on phone on uscis doesn't adjudicate cases or manually look them up, they just tell you from the system.

ahh.. ok. I was wondering if one of these mythical tier 2 people that take 3 hours waiting could tell me why people a week after me are getting notifications but I am still in the black hole of worried waiting.
