Maybe offer to do them on his/her behalf? Or do something that would help free up their time so they have extra time to do their taxes (cooking, cleaning, errands, etc)?

Wow, congratulations! I guess they must have resolved the notification issue and updated their website. 

 

It feels like that USCIS love Sept. 5 filers because there has been no movement to new September dates since last week.  I guess it's fair to say that they should work on them in order of received. I remember they started randomly at some point and now they are back in track.  The next bump is September 11 and it will be their next favorite. I can't wait 😊
