guys I think I go a bit craycray today!

so timeline: notice date is 15.09. but received date is 08.09.

so which date did you mark as NOA1?

just confused as I thought it means we need to use the notice date, but when I check on my apps it always refers to 08.09.

We used the "notice" date for NOA1, which for us was a few days after they received it.

what are your plans for Xmas? Are you able to visit each other somehow?

We're going to meet for New Year holidays in the third country. Just one week, but definitely better than nothing :) What about you?

Oh that's cool. We initially believed to have the process done by then but at this stage I will probably book a flight to go see him in the US. He doesn't have much vacation left and I can take 2 weeks.

My only concern is the entry - but so many on this forum confirmed they didn't have a problem so I am hoping it just goes through smooth!

It would be a dream come true to celebrate Xmas together

Oh yes. When we were going to send the petition, we hoped to have NOA 2 before Cristmas :)

I hope you get to see your fiance soon! We both felt so much better when we booked our flights for winter holidays, at least an exact date to wait for :)

well lucky enough - he is flying out to see me in 18 days :D wohoooo!

and Xmas will be an extra visit as after that, we will probably wait until I get the visa and can fly "home" then.

Depending on how long the process will take of course, otherwise he may have to come visit me in march if the process has more delays again...

let's just hope for the best now! I have so much hope that suddenly they realize they gotta hurry up and boom!

what I wonder also.. so I have the app that you can search up to 500 cases at the same time, so if I put in a random number with 500 following cases, it usually has maybe 20 files fr 129-f, but then the rest is mixed with all other kind of visas.

Do they work case by case, or split by visa type and just take a pile o the 129-F?

Does anybody know?

Oh wow! Yes, that's very lucky that you can see each other sooooo soon :) I wish we could do it too, but there are some visa issues for us. Well, mostly for me :D

I'm not sure about the app, mine shows only our case, I tried to find where it shows similar ones, but there's nothing

For the Iphone there are two apps: USCISApp and Case Tracker!

The Case Tracker gives you the chance to track up to 500 cases. I randomly put in numbers to find some random cases from each month to see how far they got.

Yessss we are very lucky :) Luckily, I have a lot of vacation left for 2017, so I could easily take 5 weeks still. But I prefer to have the extra days paid out which gives me a little extra savings once the move is happening and I also have some investments to do (I won't keep all clothes, rather buy some new stuff also hihihi). I already checked or Xmas flights and they are actually no even sooo pricy as I thought they would be! wohoooo :jest:

Dear September filers,

finally one month passed for our case... not even close to NOA2 yet...

however If anyone went in to check May filers, @Shoegum is doing daily scans for all may filers. Even though lately some people seems to get NOA2 without the tracking shows it or without an e-mail, it is nice and relaxing to see and follow how it goes.

I asked him if I could use the script for September filers and he explained me how to do it. Finally I seem to work it out ( vpn settings and gathering all I129f is still in process) but hopefully I'll be able to update us when our time comes ( I wish it was faster...please come faster...)

just wanted to to let you know!

Hey there,

Yesssss a sept tracking would be awesome! @shoegum is helping out the may-filers sooo much and I think it would help us too.

I tried to understand how he does it - but I can't lol sorry guys! it would be awesome if you can do that for us September's! :D

even if for a little while it will jut say "case received", it would be fun to see if some expedited cases are in our group.

It is sooooo relaxing to even follow may!

it takes quite a lot time to gather all k1s (and also we should know that some of those I-129fs are k2 or k3 too) however once I finish gathering all. I'll try to put the numbers like how many petitions there is! Which is still fun to at least know where the end is..

thanks for doing this for us :) I think the entire group will feel thankful and treat you as a special VIP here hihihi

that's what I haven't figured out yet with the K2 and K3. I think k3 is the petition I-130 as far as I understood.

with the case tracker app (when you do the big search) you can actually pick which visa type you want to track.

So the I-130 is always listed separate

Forgot: we have the same time line @Naes

Believe me it's just a bit selfish 😂

I know I'll get anxious and have too much free time really...

for k2 and k3 or at least for k3 they are filing both 130 and 129f from what I understood. But who knows and who cares really as long as they continue to approve 129fs! Because it seems like there's no way to separate those...

ps: our noa2s to follow happily quickly together then
