I can't wait for USCIS to update their processing time for K1 as of January 31, 2018, because they did touch October and November. If it says September, it would be a lie and manipulation on their end to prevent congressional inquiries. 😂😂😂

You're so organised!

I haven't done any of this...! Other than the letter from my fiance's employer! But we're happy to take our time once we get the NOA2 as we need to save and save and save for as long as we can!

So exciting though. I can't believe this will be over soon.

I hit day 180 today! I remember those days where I read “September filers won’t hit 180 days maybe 150 or 160” 😂😂

It turns out that the return address from a casino’s mass marketing letter looks very similar to a US government seal when viewed quickly in an Informed Delivery preview email! My heart stopped for a second until I took a closer look!! 😫

Did you sign and date the letter of intents? I'm debating when to get them signed and dated...

Not sure whether to do it now when he sends all the other documents to me or to wait until approved?

Hello,

I have a question regarding police certificates from foreign countries.

Would anyone be able to define what constitutes 'residency'. I've lived in Japan for 3 years (got my police certificate a few months ago) however I also visited my fiance in Germany. I made 5 separate trips (3 for 3 months, 1 for a week and stayed much longer than 3months when I received my Youth Mobility visa. I did not work in Germany or go to school during this time. We just travelled around together. Any ideas? Do I have to obtain a German police certificate for frequently travel to another country? I wouldn't say I lived there as I was mostly visiting my fiance

You need to check on the website of the embassy you are applying to, but normally they would ask if you lived over 12 months in a place, or 6 if you are currently living in a different country, that's the info is not from mine. And I believe it counts like each entry, not all summed up.

Thank God I ve also jumped back another day. Now it's march 21. But I am really expecting for my noa2 by march 15 . I am September 11 filer btw. Do you think it's possible guys ? We want to get married in May. Screenshot_20180305-113730.thumb.png.055d8e57104c458e120b5b6de45d678e.png

Think that you need 15 days for NVC number, 5 days to get to your embassy, 45 days to your interview and 15 to get your visa done. And it looks like there is not many options for the interview days, for what in tracking it looks like 2/3 days in the beginning of each month and other 2/3 days in the end.

All said, I think your plan is audacious but who knows, maybe possible! Let's hope for may! My date is april 1st and we hope to get in March 😁
