Dear all! Please help me with the following:

1. Should my kid attend the interview with me? Could not find anything about it. And while getting his B2 visa he did not have to appear in person.

2. Do i need a consent for the interview from his father regarding taking my son to live abroad?

thanks in advance

Hello September Berries! I'm not a member here but I've been following this thread and a silent reader since the August 2017 Filers. I want to appreciate @naes

for being consistent running through the scans everyday. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Our case was received last 9/01/17, my Fiance received the approval letter (NOA2) today and got approved on 2/27/18. There was no notification/update from the app as well. As for the rest, just wait and relax your turn is right around the corner! Have a great day everyone :)

Congrats! I am very jealous. My case date is also 9/01/17. We are hopeful every day, we were so patient for 175 days but the last 9 have been intolerable!  Not sure if the K1 + K2 makes mine take longer, but hopefully not.

Hi! as most of the rules are similar to Russian rules here would you be so kind to advise if your fiancée is going to the interview with or without a kid? Mine is 8 years old.. So i am not really sure..

Thanks

There's a forum for Russian fiancées, they definitely have topics for fiancées with kids. Maybe you can look it up, they probably have discussed the questions that you have. I can send you the link in a private message, not sure if it's allowed to post the links right here.

Police Certificates aren't required from Pakistan, since every district might keep their own police records and there's not necessarily a national database for sharing those records. However, you will need a police certificate from the UAE, and any other country you've lived in for longer than six months since your 16th birthday. Good luck!

Thank you so much

sorry still confuse?

so it means I will need it from both countries uae and home county?

thanks again

No, you will not need the police certificate from your home country. You will need it from UAE.
