I actually like rfe only days more than little number of approvals.. as I know they will definitely bring silent noa2s and I also can see the dates they touched..

now trying to finish sept and August together I'll post as soon a second it finishes.

Thank you, @Naes! Looks like the 5th is their favorite atm. :)

Yep..It is a huge day so I think they are trying to tackle it.. which is good!

I am seriously expecting a good movement early next week towards future dates ;)

Hopefully they will follow what they did in August

Yep, that makes sense. And yeah I hope so too. They would go over the whole month first, and then work on the first part of August for about two or so weeks, and then the second part for two or so weeks, right? And then there are still some left to go of course.

Yes that's what I'm expecting. But also because September has way less numbers than August, I would expect them to do it faster, mostly in 3 weeks just like July.

Overall precentage of denials is low, right? AT least i hope so 😅

We can't really know for sure. But yes according to uscis reports denial rate is about 16%-20% (this number possibly includes rejections at the beginning of the process which equals to monthly 10% of the total cases.)

some of them never updates. And some just gets denied because for example they don't send back an rfe.

this case by the way was; rfe sent at 11/20. And now became decision notice mailed. So it's one of those cases

@Pls if I may ask, how do you know it was a request  for evidence sent probably not responded to.?

Because the status before this new one was "request for additional evidence was mailed"
