They do not stamp it while departure only while arrival at least in NYC and just indicate the possible and allowed duration of staying in states... but maybe my employer can confirm that i really returned on time from vacation and never disappeared for more than two weeks lol

and tickets maybe... hope not an issue

Maybe you have the boarding passes showing departure/arrival? If asked, you can always show the itinerary that you left on a return flight and came back on a inbound flight.

Start getting all the other documents ready in preparation for what comes after NOA2 cause things move fast after NOA2

The only thing I need is... :dancing:

  • Police Certificates (for past and current address) - My foreign police certificate is such a pain, as I'll have to travel to London to see the Country's embassy (there's currently a storm so had to cancel travel plans...).
  • A print out of medical records from GP'? - which I didn't know I needed until I looked at the Knightbridge Website (http://www.visamedicals.info/us-bring.asp).

For the I-134, make sure to get latest tax returns.

Okay guys, where are the approvals today?

I thought it's going to be a volcano eruption with approvals. It's so quiet here.

Anyone got their approvals?

NOA1 9/11 here, waiting and waiting and waiting, checking my phone, apps and VS every 5 minutes... omg 😲

This wait is driving me crazy :blink::huh:

172 days . Got a friend who got her noa2 in 178 days.  it is horrible if you try to compare your case with others, but it's inevitable. I cant avoid  having the hope of something good happening in two weeks from now. Man, if I had a car or something I would surely sell it to get the money and go to  be with my Fiancee till I schedule my interview.  this ever present fear of seeing your case being put behind others is so overwhelming...   I quit my job and have just graduated in law, so... just here at home, at the gym, watching series, talking to my fiancee at night  for an hour, going to sleep, waking up, starting it all over, checking the VS, APP, WEBSITE... this is so overwhelming, If I didn't love my fiancee,  for sure not all the green cards on earth would inspire me  keep going with this. I still don't understand how come some people still try to fraud the system by faking a relationship. those people  ought to go to jail for sure! because of them we pay the price!

sorry,,  just trying to talk this out.

Bro, trust me this wait is the worst. To get your mind off it somehow, start thinking ahead. prepare the documents for the interview. If you still have time, start filling out the AOS, EAD, and AP applications. It only gets better after approval.
