Another use said that under the Trump administration there has been a 40% increase in RFEs. I don't know how much truth there actually is to that but it is happening a lot. I'm kind of anticipating one since I live so close on the Canadian border to my fiance and travelled with NEXUS so I don't have passport stamps but I'm already prepared with ideas how to rectify it. Try not to worry too much about an RFE most of them are easy to correct.

As you can see, coming out of labor day weekend Sept 5 is a mountain! (just like most Mondays...)

Name updated cases that got the name update at this stage usually get an approval next day... I saw quite a lot of that happening..

so I actually think there were more approvals in the mail for 27th and 28th..

I just don't understand why the app doesnt display those September cases. I wonder when it will start popping up those cases. 

Well as I explained before too, that app only displays if someone registered in that app.

 

It is extremely unreliable.

 

but I can say it a 100 times again and again...and won't make a difference

Received date.

Noa1 date can differ drastically, it sometimes take them 3 weeks after putting it in the system to actually send the notice. And they don't follow that.

 

why would you assume it is the noa1 date??

"The word" Noa2 only used for approval.

rfe is not counted as a notice.

Spinach USCISApp : I hate this app

 it gives notifications too on android.

however only what and if people wrote it in the app (and people write receipt date and wrong date and sometimes even wrong country....

 

case tracker: I love this one ❤️ 

you can check and scan cases up to 500 at one scan (but uscis will block your op if you check too many)
