hi everyone m bit confused about what to fill and what not.

if we need a co-sponsor for k1 visa do we need to fill both forms i.e i-134 and i-864  both by primary sponsor and co-sponsor or i-134 by primary sponsor and i-864 by co-sponsor.

no, the i864 is the affidavit of support for adjustment of status after you've married

 

you will need 2 i134, one for the sponsor, the other i134 for the joint sponsor
