My wife is the main applicant, and she has a bank account in Egypt, while our interview is going to take place in Saudi Arabia as I am already working there. How much should we have in the bank account for our family as we have 2 kids. Taking in consideration that both of us are engineers with a bachelor degree. But she has stopped working for the past 5 years. Although, she has a previous experience of 5 years. On the other hand i am already working for 9 years as a mechanical engineer but i am not the principal applicant.

Any idea regarding bank accounts... me or her? ... Saudi or Egypt? ... how much money for family of 4?

You might want to look at the US Poverty Guidelines (link below) as, if they ask, this is the ballpark they may expect you to have.
