Im a september filer and have done biometrics and waiting for next steps.. so i should hear something from them soon too since they started October filers or they missed ours?!

There is no sense in the way they process cases, even though the estimates are updated in their website, that makes simple no sense.

I'm on 140 days, no EAD no AP. 

None of my receipt numbers work in the Case status either. 

 

However I was finally able to open SR yesterday for the first time. Whenever I previously tried to open a SR I received a message that I could not open a SR because I am still within the processing time.

151 days and still waiting for AP and EAD..

Created 3 SRs but no response yet.

My wife had her interview yesterday. It went fine, but they don't have her k1 packet yet from when she came into the country. So, they'e going to look for that, but they said it'd be approved. Make sure you bring copies of things. They asked for my birth certificate since they didn't have the file. (even though it should have been in my Aos packet)

I moved to the another state and changed the address and got the letter its done processing with address change. But i wantvto make sure if my paperworks haa referred to new local office. WHere can i call and find out? What should I ask?!

  I made the inquiry and request to expedite my I-765 23rd January, and have also submitted my supporting document. I just hope this is a good news , I'm tired of waiting 151 days today.

Anybody with a similar timeline/experience?

 

My case was received: Sept 26th, 2017.

Biometrics: October 25th, 2017

2 SR and 1 Expedited request later

Request for Initial Evidence: Jan 31st, 2018

Evidence Received: Feb 8th, 2018

 

And that's that. I created a SR on Feb 14th but hasn't been assigned to anybody. Contacted my state's congressman last week and they said they sent in an inquiry but yet to hear back. Called USCIS only to have the officer say "it's an added benefit and your wife could support you" I literally hung up on her after. 

 

I'm currently interviewing with 3 companies and expecting job offers by next week or so and USCIS is saying I have to wait at least 60 days. I'm just really frustrated.

Not yet, but hopefully I'll hear from them soon because I made a SR and expedition request. My hope is on the expedition request and not the SR. God will perfect everything.

I called them, I used medical reason because my wife is pregnant, we expecting twins. And also I'm a registered nurse can not get my certification without my EAP, which can result to a lot of financial and affect my humanitarian services, because I was a member of Red Cross Society in Nigeria, and hope to join US Red Cross Society. The truth is that almost everyone has the reason to expedite the service, just take your time and look deeply into yourself.

I filed my AOS in early August for Los Angeles office. My status has not changed since they have received my RFE. Is there any other Los Angeles AOS applicants with the same timeline? Really looking forward to my interview .... Thanks
