we got a "missed delivery" ( I assume it must be certified mail) from the USCIS but under my husband's name (the petitioner). We are still waiting for the mail to be redelivered.

Anyone who has got the EAD can tell if this may possibly from the USCIS? But again, this mail is delivering to the petitioner.

I finally signed up for Informed Delivery today. Now I'm taking tracking the mailbox to an extreme. :jest:

I signed up for mine too. It pretty useful. However they mail in my wife name instead of my name, will I be able to get informed under my account even USCIS put down my wife name? If not then I will need to add second address with her name or she will have to create her own account?

I think it will show any mail being delivered to your address. I just got my first Informed Delivery notice yesterday, and all of the mail that I was able to preview was under my mom's name (we live with her), even though I signed up using my name.

Informed delivery shows every mail that's arriving to your house/household. It doesn't matter whose name is on the letters, once they're coming to your address you will be able to see it. I've been using mine for over 50 days now since I filed in October 2017. However, I must say sometimes you're not shown all the mail thats coming on a particular day.

Hello ! below is the case history before and after I mailed the documents for my expedite request even though I had faxed it earlier. I did this because I was frustrated at the lack of a response so far and I spoke to a tier 2 officer yesterday who stated that there would be no harm in mailing my documents even though i had faxed them already.

Just wanted to give you guys a heads up !
