Of the case numbers from to there are 568 i-765 cases.  Of these I can find five approvals. in random batches of case numbers going back to august 24th, I found another 747 i-765 cases (these are a sample - not all cases) of which only two had approvals,

Have you visited August, July, June and other months before? There are TONS of people who still didnt get their EAD.

If I was you I would definitely expedite...Maybe you would receive your card this week...but maybe not. It seems expedite is a safer bet to me.

 

Quick question on another subject, for the PD, do we go by the notice date or the date they say they have received online and sent us the NOA?

Yes I follow all threads from June onwards - so I know that this is hit and miss.  I had a friend who filed in June and only got the EAD card a couple of weeks ago. I was checking the September cases to see whether (as some theories have it), they have decided to try to process as many as possible now within the 90 days whilst also clearing the backlog of the previous months - rather than having an ongoing backlog.  This doesn't seem to be the case.  A few random cases have hit it lucky and gotten their cards in 75-78 days but for the rest of us it will probably be 100-120 days.  I have no idea where uscis got the september 15th date from because i checked when they posted that - and at that time I couldn't find ANY cases that had a september 15th date and had been approved (though if they are not updating the status (and we know they aren't doing this on all cases) then there could be more cases that we don't know about.

A lot of people in August still haven't gotten their stuff, so I am not sure why the website says September 15th...But you are right with your conclusion, the tracker is not being updated properly. A lot of people got their combo card in the past two weeks and their online status never changed...I hate when they do that

Your PD is the same as mine I think - September 15th?

I`m August filer and still nothing.....there are june and july people still waiting....this is insane.

I really stopped worrying as much about getting my thing in a timely manner (within deadlines) for the AOS/EAD/AP, I had pretty badluck for the K1, but I was separated from my love, it was rough...Now well I can't work and build my career, but there is so much to do at the house...So even though I really want to work, here it is very hard to find job if you don't have work authorization, meaning I need to wait and I can't really get a job offer to expedite. We don't especially need the extra money now, it just delays us on buying our second house

The received date is the NOA date (your PD) - so it should be 15th I think according to your timeline in your signature

Hope is good but prepare yourself that it could be another 6 - 8 weeks yet.  As my post above explained, these cases are rare.  Bettter to be surprised and delighted if you get your card in the next two weeks than stressed and disaapointed if it takes until half way through January.  Prepare for the wait and celebrate if it is sooner

I was curious about the infamous SR, I went and did some reading, and it says: 

NOTE: We are actively processing your case if, in the past 60 days, you:

• Received a notice from us about your case,
• Responded to a request for evidence, OR
• Received an online update to your case status.

So I am just curious, maybe some people don't get assigned quick, because they don't consider the case "pending" as there were communication, as we go per Pd and they might not?

@Alexia TL and @Path24, maybe you two and everyone else who hasn't  yet could put their information in their signature, it avoids always asking for the dates as they are right there ;). Just go in your settings and set a signature, no way to do it other than by hand, but once its done you just keep on adding to it and it is really easy and makes it easy for everyone else.
