They just repeat the information you can find on MyUSCIS, because they claimed they just received my EAD and AP application. I also checked my I-485 and it also stated they just received my fingerprint fee (I have already done biometrics). So it's not more up to date than the website. Sorry, guys! Calling is not more up to date than the website.

 

I mailed my package from some quiet town near atlanta (not atlanta itself). But they're all at MSC/NBC, so it's just going to depend on whose pile you are in if you're going to be lucky. sorry

For those who have received there EAD's (you lucky ducks you :P) did you ever receive a physical approval letter first in the mail or did you just receive the card?

Some got the actual card and some got just a approval but all have no changed in website tracker it still says "case was received"

09/01/2017 - submitted application package 
09/05/2017 - package received (PD)
09/11/2017 - case accepted ,received 4 text messages and 4 emails 
09/15/2017 - received hard copy NOA's
09/22/2017 - received biometrics appointment letter
09/25/2017 - biometrics completed

11/19/2017 - raised SR for EAD 
11/21/2017 - EAD/AP approval date - case status for both still at "case received"
11/27/2017 - received approval letters for both (took a week probably because of thanksgiving )

SR was never assigned but probably helped since status changed like a day after since I raised it on a sunday and approved on tuesday.

Raised SR on 11/19 (sunday) but it was never assigned. Approved according to the letter on the 11/21

I do think it probably did the trick since they never seem to update anything. its still at case received.

Definitely raise SR I am sure its no coincidence that it was approved a working day after.

It will not hurt your case .Whats your PD for EAD?

But I have a fear that might delay my process. Cuz they actually take 30 days to decide it and l have verbally job offer. My career based on that job offer. Otherwise I'll have to wait till 1/2 year to get a job .. I m a doctor

I have seen many people submit job offer letter and wait for weeks . It depends on every case. Also the 30 day rule is for SR only not if you want to expedite.

You can put in SR and then do expedite I have seen it in August fillers.

Thing is I don't have paper proof I just have verbally proof. It hard to explain them my job procedure. So I see lots of 9/11 o people getting their ead I guess I ll wait out few days.

Yes but do you understand what I said? You can put in SR and if you get a job offer letter put in an expedite on top .

They don't give Job offer letter. They said if u get ead in ur hand we will offer you a seat.
