Yes, it's happened before. Somewhat rare, but it definitely happens occasionally.

Not only August. There are Plenty Of users in July, June that still have not received their EAD. Time processing seems to be between 90-120 days. VERY RARELY someone would receive EAD and AP before that. I’m from August and still waiting .... visit the thread and find out how anxious people are there including myself.

1. Did you expedite your request using a job offer or income hardship proof?
2. Did you involve your senator?

 

Just wondering if anything different was done since lot of other people from July, June, August and before still havent gotten theirs yet. Can you share details?

I received my EAD approval in the mail yesterday, it’s dated 11/18 approval and I’m a 9/8 filer. Approved in 74 days.

 I didn’t do either, just waited and got it in the mail. I honestly didn’t think I would get it this fast.

I am 9/8 filler too they got my file on September 11 and oct 18 my i485 is ready to schedule for interivew 

my bio was on 10/06

today is my 75th day 

filled from NYC 

i hope I get my ead soon  

i was thinking to dO SR  but then I didn't do I thought about waiting for it.

It doesn't matter .. all ead comes from NBC from one place only .. so it doesn't matter where you filling from. It only matter when it's comes to interivew for green card.
