Lucky you! Vegas says January 10th, no clue how accurate that is though, as some people their office said something like march and they got their interview already as an August or September filer...

Exactly! I'm just worried I'll get a waiver and get transferred. I guess that's the advantage of living in the state that ranks 48th in population lol.

Congratulations @Alexia TL!!!!!

We are AOS twinsies! I just got the letter for the I-485 interview today. Our interview is on December 21st too!!!

The biometrics appointment was on October 5th and my local office is in North Carolina. The I-485 online status has never changed since the "We accepted the fingerprint fee". So it was quite a surprise.

Omg that’s so cool ! See, your RFE didn’t delay your process at all.

How funny would it be to be there at the same time ! I’m so excited :)

Hah, Atlanta field office shows they're working on 6 December 2016 green card applications. I hope they just forgot to update their processing times.

And if the NBC is actually correct, they should have recently sent me my EAD. I have no idea, as none of my applications are being updated; everything just says received, and the 485 says they received my fingerprint fee (no update, despite having had the biometrics letter and having been there already).

Guess we'll just have to wait and wait and wait.

(My NOA1 = September 13)

It's updated as of September 30th 2017. It says that right above the processing dates.

Yeah, but it is definitely not right as no one in September has received anything and there are still a lot of August and prior filers that haven'T received their EAD/AP card.

I am an October filer though. Just checking. 10/4/17 is the receipt date. I will probably get it first or second week of January.

You do know that some of you won't have interviews don't you? Some will be transferred to CSC or other offices. You all seem to be going by just your local office, but you might get an interview waiver and get transferred.

this was previously the case - but I understand that under the current administration all cases are now to go through interview.  This has been discussed on other threads and came into effect in the past few months I think.  It seems that interview waivers were more common in areas where the field office was really slow (like MN - its about a year here to interview and about half of all cases were previously re-routed to CSC)
