I m so happyyyyyyyyy I got Ead approval on mail today. That my card is been approved will get card soon in a mail as well  today is best day ever  my pd received date is 9/11

Received my EAD/AP combo card in the mail today, December 6th. Old style card, not the new one. My notice date was November 29th, and they mailed the card on December 1st. Case status still shows rece

I just called USCIS and I have been speaking with a tier 2 officer which told me my advance parole and work permit are on the way and gave me a track number!! 🤩 My NOA date is sept 19!

Congratulations @Alexia TL!!!!!

 

We are AOS twinsies! I just got the letter for the I-485 interview today. Our interview is on December 21st too!!!

 

The biometrics appointment was on October 5th and my local office is in North Carolina. The I-485 online status has never changed since the "We accepted the fingerprint fee". So it was quite a surprise.

02/11/2021: Biometrics appointment waived

There are really not a lot of interview waivers these days, USCIS wants to be really sure, so they get most everyone for interview. And as far as I am concerned, if my case says ready to be scheduled for an interview and that it was transferred to my local office, I am pretty convinced my interview wasn't waived and will not be, unfortunately.

Well if yours says that you obviously got an interview. I actually want an interview, transferring me would delay my timeline. If I do get one it should be soon since my local office is processing August 1st 2017 applicants as of September 30th.

How do you check which one is ur local office ?

Lucky you! Vegas says January 10th, no clue how accurate that is though, as some people their office said something like march and they got their interview already as an August or September filer...

So I went to Brooklyn New York local office for biometerics but idk it doesn't show Brooklyn in the list

Most likely the NY city one...They say they are processing September 2016...

As far as I know NY is one of the slow/busy office :S, like Chicago.
