I know it is hard to wait specially when you are expecting to work as soon as possible. But take a moment and read the forums, visit other threads, see how many people even in April, May, June, July are still waiting for their EAD. Like somebody said, you can open as many tickets you want, but this forum is a valuable tool to gather peoples feedback and helps us came to the reality that sometimes we just need to wait.

A lot of these people you are claiming haven't received it yet have also had RFE's which slow the process down by a great deal. I continue to see users from all dates one even being August 23rd being approved recently. I love the data on this site but also to some extent I take it with a grain of salt.

Chatted with a wonderful tier two office today about an issue with my case online. He said NBC is really starting to catch up on their pile-up of applications. He, of course, didn't tell me how long until I would receive my EAD but did mention to me that it may be in my best interest to not raise an SR on the 75th day judging by the speed currently of NBC completing applications. I would take this as great news!  Perhaps at:) the very least, they are within that 90-day window yet again.

SR is considered a negative impact on the application?

Not necessarily a negative but by what he had said to me it would seem useless to do so as NBC is in fact not backlogged.

Yes but eventually they will get to it so a SR is better than no SR right? I don't do anything unless I consult my lawyer.

I have an attorney too and definitely recommend asking them first. Doing paperwork is great, but if it's unnecessary it could just be a waste of time.

My PD is 6/9/11 and I have waited over 6 years. I guess few more minutes of SR won't hurt LOL.
