I am on 59th day of I 765 can I raise a SR ?? 

My cases they received on 11 September 

and my I 485 is ready to schedule.

i am filing from New York.

Your case must have been pending 75 days in order to file an SR

I have a interview letter and they want to offer me a job just cuz of not having ead in my hand it's keep me back from job offer 

since they are processing September cases so I guess we should be able to ?

You could raise one I guess but only if you have a legit job offer and even then sometimes its luck if the job offer speeds up the process.

I don't know if this is the right forum thread for this but I might as well try.

 

I'm doing AoS with concurrent filling, I sent in my AoS package with I-485, I-130, affidavit of support, travel parole and work permit on 10/31/2017 to the Chicago lockbox though USPS.

I don't know if my process is gonna be slower compared with the K-1 visa who already have their petition approved or the ones doing consular processing, or if this is the right post. 

 

Anyways, I guess I'm posting in this one because I sent it so late (I procrastinated so much...my mother-in-law had to help me), but so far I haven't got an update. My package also was delayed and it got to the Chicago lockbox on November 5th...talk about a delay.

 

I sent it with return receipt but so far haven't heard of any news from the mail or don't know yet if they cashed the check, so I don't know when I'm gonna get the NOA texts.

 

anyways if anyone's package was received at the Chicago lockbox around the same date as me, keep me posted!

interviews don't matter to USCIS it must be a "conditional offer"

verbal doesn't mean anything from a legal standpoint, get an offer in writing from them that is your path of leat resistance

Hi, if I do have a conditional job offer ( the condition being I get my EAD before 2018) can I submit a SR?

if yes, how do I do that?

Don't bother with a SR, submit an expedite
