HELP! Police certificate

hey guys so im really in a panic here. i may be screwed and we may have to reschedule the interview but, i just now realized that my fiance doesnt have a police certificate. first of all she has lived in canada her whole life so i know we need a police certificate from there. but she went to school in the usa but never stayed for a consecutive 6 months. it was always broken up. do we need a police certificate for that time? she does not have  a criminal record so do we only need a name check from both places?

 

her interview is next week!! i really screwed up here lol. has anyone ever gotten an expedited police certificate from canada?

You won't need a police certificate from the U.S. for her time here.

 

It looks like there are quite a few Canadian companies offering police certificates and some have reviews from people saying they got them within 72hrs.  I would have her get down to one of these places ASAP and try to get it done.

02/10/2015 - Check cashed.

02/14/2015 - NOA

04/07/2015 - Case shipped to local field office.

04/08/2015 - Interview scheduled for July 6, 2015.

04/08/2015 - Wifey better be studying her butt off for the citizenship test!

07/08/2015 - Wifey was studying her butt off and passed the test easily. Oath ceremony completed on same day! We are done with our journey!
