You can do that in the i-130 thread, thats the purpose of having threads for specific purposes, this NVC thread is recreated every month for that specific purpose

I know and im sorry, but it for sure doesnt go in order. Especially the i-130. USCIS is very unorganized and that is why the NVC has a backlog that they supposedly cleared recently. If you did get approved in the near future for your i-130 you would still wait months at the NVC stage. Although if you get approved for say in January and NVC sticks to what they say that times are improving youll have a stress free process with NVC but as of right now both are ####### how they are. We cant blame the "administration" the administration can not stop legal proceedings for immigrants unless there i a major political problem within your country and the USA what country are you in?

I'm in USA and my husband whom I filed for is in Ghana. But we can't say it's because he's in Ghana as I've seen cases just filed this yr in Feb alraeady approved.

As far as i know USCIS is the cause for NVC delays as well because they flooded the NvC with cases. Apperently they had a bunch of cases that didnt get forwarded or something. But lets all agree on the fact that any government agency doesnt work to quickly

Yes government agencies work slow espically Hellbraska... NSC

I think there are document in ur application that is taking time for uscis to get it confirmed,I see that u used a lawyer ,the lawyer is not well informed about his or her occupation, because this shouldn't have happened if the lawyer is up to date

Yes I used a lawyer and yes you're right about my lawyer not being on the ball because he should have filed a CR/1 instead of the K3. I only hired a lawyer due to the fact that my husband is younger then I am and thought I'd ran into issues then lawyer would step in..

Now I feel anger towards my lawyer as he charged me thousands all  for this???

If a person knows how to file and doesn't have age gag, then by all means, file yourself or us Rapid Visa..

Who knows what the hold up is.... Cant do anything but wait and pray 🙏🙏🙏

Document like marriage certificate, birth certificate, court affidavit from Africa and Asia, takes time to confirm because most document from these part of the world don't have online verification , so the more document u include the more time

it takes to get approval, u should only put the important documents to avoid delay.for example I put a court affidavit in my i130 application which wasn't necessary and this one sheet of paper makes me wait 10months to get approval, it was optional but I decided to put it Becos I don't want any delay, not knowing I'm putting document that will take a long time for uscis to get it confirm, so in conclusion the more document u supply the longer ur waiting time if u are from countries that Africa or Asia where  confirming document is difficult for uscis.

Yes I understand you very well. My marriage certificate was issued by "Register General" there in Ghana which does contain a file number but rather its verifiable in computer or not is what I don't know but can assume that it is not...

My lawyer submitted all he felt necessary including abt 15 photos of my husband and I with my husbands family and of our marriage. Judt wish they can speed it up a notch...  🏃‍♀️
