You can do that in the i-130 thread, thats the purpose of having threads for specific purposes, this NVC thread is recreated every month for that specific purpose

what does " pr income tax returns" ? they wanted something besides the transcripts? I thought the transcripts covered everything.

First scan date 1st may 2017 , I got a checklist of police report certificate so second scan date Aug 24th 2017 and cc on Aug 1st wow it's miracle

Case says READY but consulate says case is not in system, I jumped the gun and booked an interview but they say its invalid until I receive the letter so I might have to cancel it.

Appointment Letter: Flew to Juarez just to get this, its actually 2 letters you need.

Interview Day: Jan 2nd   Interview Result: APPROVED

Tracking Number Received: Via email notice and website the afternoon of Jan 4th    Visa Delivered: Friday Jan 5th Mexico City

USCIS Notice - Green Card mailed: 3/28/18

Don't Quit, pick up from wherever the case is and keep it moving. I got denied a I-29 visa for my then fiancee but am hopeful, still in the process and Positive. Lets do this!. Make calls and bug them. This is assembly line, sometime something drops off the cracks.

Now to make sure he finishes our DS-260 and our packets ASAP.

I received below email from NVC although I sent the Affidavit of support with the whole documents in one package:

Good day,
The National Visa Center (NVC) received the documents you submitted in support of Raxxxx immigrant visa petition. This petition's NVC case number is Xxxxxxx. However, NVC will not review these documents until we receive the Affidavit of Support form(s) and/or supporting financial evidence required for this case.

 

any one faced the same issue??

This might be fine, the packages are handled by two different departments so one may not have been in the system yet.

I saw one person post that one package wasn't scanned in until the next day.

My expedite was due to medical reasons. I had my doctors write letters on my behalf and I sent an email with the letters attached to the expedite email address (NVCExpedite@state.gov).  NVC forwards the request to the Embassy or Consulate and they decide if they will accept the case for expeditious processing or not.
